We liked everything about this hotel. The room was more spacious and offered more amenities (kitchenette, two very comfortable chairs) than most other hotel rooms for a reasonable price, including easily accessible underground parking spaces. The outdoor pool was very nice. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety of options. Several restaurants within walking distance. Good access to hiking trails and not too far from Annecy. Very pleasant hotel staff - both at reception and in the restaurant.
It's hard to think of anything that required improvement. We would readily stay there again if in the area.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, with breathtaking views, a fantastic spa, and exceptional service. The breakfast was simply outstanding. I would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy everything this beautiful hotel has to offer.
