Location was quiet with good parking. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size.
We expected breakfast but were told it was not available . A hand towel in the room was torn and threadbare and there was no kettle or cups in the room.

Enough space, close to the beach, also close to the old town (20min walk)
Loud airco on the neighbours side

Cleanliness
The bed was so hard and so uncomfortable. Still suffering 2 nights later.
