Fantastic location and a wonderful hotel!
The charging options are really good, considering the hotels in this area!
For other guests just a heads-up: First pay, then attach charging. Then everything will work (confused me for the first attempt)!
Dinner service... I have never before in my life, after picking a glass of wine for my dinner, heard the sentence: That bottle isn't opened yet...
The customer should always be served, when they put in the effort of making a choice, and if you (god forbid) can't accommodate with a "valid" reason, you should be very proactive about suggesting alternatives... This is mostly staff-related feedback for the service topic of dinner.

Clean hotel, nice pool, good brakfast
Location is far from Brixen town, very noisy street, bar and reastaurant is overage, crowdy... all together has no any charm.
