Relatively nice size and facilities; elevators pffered and venditn machines for water on the fllor

The biggest positive was the early check-in. Official check-in was at 3:00 PM, but they gave me my room at around 11:00 AM, which was extremely convenient after travelling.
The hotel is beautiful, especially the lobby, with elegant classic furniture and a lot of character. My room was cleaned every day. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a hairdryer, kettle, good toiletries and air conditioning that worked well.
Breakfast was tasty and offered a good selection.
A useful tip for getting around Rome: have a taxi app installed on your phone in advance. Finding a free taxi on the street can be surprisingly difficult, so ordering one through an app is much easier.
Public buses are convenient in terms of payment: you can simply tap your phone/contactless payment when boarding. The ticket is valid for 100 minutes. If you change to another bus within that period, tap again — the system recognizes the valid ticket and does not charge you again.
The biggest disadvantage for me was the location in terms of public transport. I chose the hotel because I needed to travel to the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone, but getting there by public transport was less convenient than expected. There is no metro nearby, connections often require changing buses, and getting to the hotel from Termini or from the airport is also not particularly straightforward. Walking is possible, but not especially convenient. In practice, taxi was the easiest solution.
Breakfast can get extremely crowded. On Friday, even at around 6:40 AM, when breakfast had just opened, there was already a large group of people and a queue to enter the breakfast room.
Another annoying issue was the room key card, which had to be reprogrammed almost every day. You return late, go upstairs, discover that the card does not work and then have to go back down to reception. The staff fix it very quickly, but it happened too often.
Sound insulation between rooms could be better. The room also became quite hot very quickly without air conditioning, so during warm weather you really need to keep the AC running.
The TV in my room was disconnected and did not work, although this was not important to me.
Finally, remember that the Rome city tourist tax is paid separately at the hotel.

The location and the room.
Room service is very limited. Housekeepers are quite calculative in providing toiletries.
Breakfast is flat. The same menu during my three days. Can be improved by adding some Asian food.
