From start to finish staff were lovely and on hand to help at every moment. Room looked to have been recently renovated. Very spacious and modern. Also a lovely buffet breakfast included in the price. Location was brilliant. 5 minute walk from Fira town. Brilliant hotel đź‘Ť

What a wonderful hotel! Everything was truly outstanding. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel and it went smoothly. Check-in was quick and efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was the best. The hotel is only a short walk to downtown Fira. I am completely satisfied and would stay here if I am in Fira in the future.

Beautiful hotel, room was excellent with amazing view of volcano and the sunset. Breakfast was good. Location good, just a 5 minute walk to the main square, shops and restaurants but far enough out of town to avoid the crowds. The outstanding part for us was the staff, namely Eva who was on reception both days we were there. She was just lovely, smiling and so helpful. She really couldn’t do enough to help us. She really is a star.
Nothing.

The hotel was ideally located, only 5 minutes walk from the town. The breakfast was good each morning, and offered a great variety of hot and cold options. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and remembered which room we were in each evening when we returned to the hotel. We stayed in October, so did not use the pool, but it looked very clean and well maintained.
On the downside, the bathroom in our room was very small and the hose in the shower was kinked, resulting in reduced water pressure. There was also a drain smell in the bathroom. The in-room safe was not bolted to a solid surface, and the battery needed to be replaced.
