Excellent. Very, very lovely hostess and very kind staff in general. Wonderful location and a really nice flat. very pet and animal friendly, but immaculate. Should be an example to Americans who think you can only have a clean place without pets. Would absolutely be by first choice in Krakow again.
It’s not handicapped accessible and requires stairs. Really tough for some people. I understand it’s an old building but it’s the kind of the thing to know in advance. Though i loved it so….

The staff were amazing
There is a lot of stairs, this isn’t a problem for us but worth noting for anyone with mobility issues

Location perfect for us because we preferred Kazimierz to the Old Town which is only 20 minutes walk away anyway and Krakow's public transport is cheap and efficient. Surrounded by history and good restaurants. Both the receptionist and specially the cleaning lady were friendly and helpful.
Nothing.
