The staff here are always first-rate and we always get great service. They went out of their way to provide a slightly early breakfast for us as we had an early appointment. Thank you!
The room we had this time (Room 9) wasn't as nice as we usually get and the bathroom had a decorative air vent to the outside which let in mosquitoes. :-( A simple mosquito mesh covering it would soon sort it.

The hotel was in a convenient central location for the historic downtown and for places to eat on the main central mall. Choosing one of five breakfast options was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. The decoration and ambience were lovely and gave a boutique feel.

It is as always clean, with very polite, helpful and proffesionnal staff.
I like the arrangement, the breakfast and all additional services that are kindly offered by the staff of the hotel. I would choose it without hesitation any time I visit Santo Domingo.
