The hotel is easy to find, clean and comfy enough, air conditioning is good and the shower pressure is also nice. Breakfast has a lot of variety and the breakfast staff is attentive and fast.
My previous stays were uneventful and food, but even though the hotel is big and has a high number of rooms, it struggles a lot when mid to high occupancy. There was an Sports event in town the weekend I was there the last time, so long queues for the only 2 elevators, chaos and too much noise in the breakfast area, long queues for check-out and the sound insulation especially of room doors is bad; we could easily hear guests passing by and walking in the corridor and also hear some guests from inside their rooms. We asked for a quiet room but apparently the hotel doesn't plan on separating quieter floors from expected noisy ones (when a lot of young, energetic athletes delegation are all booked there together... it's highly predictable they're going to be loud...). Also, it's lacking basic maintenance already; the shower door in my room wouldn't remain closed so water would come out, no exhaustion system in the bathroom to get rid of moisture and had a couple of lamps not working.
