The location is very near Rundle Mall
There were no staff to help us access the keys to the property which are kept in a lock box in garage across the street. Eventually the cleaner who happened to be there cleaning when we arrived helped us by getting the keys
on departure we were asked to leave the keys in the same lock box but we were unable to open it so had to leave keys in property
This was after emails and messages sent to Swainson through the portal telling them about this problem the reply was to leave the keys in the box but we were physically unable to open it We felt ignored and I found this distressing
We had to buy dish cloths and cleaning spray as there was none provided we were there for 12 days and part of instructions on leaving was to wipe down all surfaces! If we hadn’t bought the cleaning things we couldn’t have left it clean as instructed

Location is fantastic.
Furniture definitely needs an upgrade. Outlook over the balcony was a carpark & rear of a building but definitely not a show stopper. We weren't there for the view. The location is the want.
