We checked in at Chitlatda Central Bila House around 4 PM on a Sunday evening. The hosts were welcoming & directed us to our rooms. The rooms were quite small, but were equipped with essential items. The room was equipped with a mirror, a cloth hanging space, a cupboard, a ceiling fan, and a stool. The bathroom was sufficiently spacious & it was clean. Hot water worked without an issue. Towels & soap were available as amenities.
Breakfast could be ordered from the available menu at 7.30 AM. It was prepared and served quickly and was sufficient to fill in. Laundry was available for a relatively low price. The accommodation served value for money.
The room & the bathroom looked a bit dated.

Clean & comfortable bed. The breakfast was nice.
The staff seemed disinterested & not very friendly. We had left 80 US dollars in our bag (and not the safe which we should have) & 50 dollars were stolen from our bag. We didn’t notice until we left unfortunately. The housekeeping definitely stole from us. Our Laundry was not dry in time. They didn’t charge us to be fair but it was not a good service.
