地點離淡水河岸很近，走路5分鐘之內就能到，空間及設施以個人住過的青旅來說，是相當不錯的。
房間床位距離公共浴室及盥洗處太近了，有些噪音避不了，但對選擇青旅的人來說，應該是可以接受的。

1. 離碼頭近，附近景點多，租借Ubike方便。
2. 環境乾淨。
1. 地點離捷運有一小段距離，因會經過淡水老街，人潮多，拖行李走較不方便。
2. 超過晚上11點後要吹頭髮必須到一樓公共空間區，但已洗好澡了，穿衣服較為簡便，到一樓吹頭髮頗尷尬。
3.背包客的房間形式，但房間沒有窗戶，有點像監獄。
