The views were fantastic. Outside seating area were spacious and comfortable.
The kitchen was fully equipped. Plenty of towels were provided.
Location was good.
The double bed was very hard. My partner had to sleep in the spare room.
A sofa would have been nice to relax on of an evening.

The location was great. A short walk down into Brixham.
The views from the house are the very best thing. The bedroom was our favourite room wirh the big window to see the view and that it completely opened.The balcony and garden were nice with good views also but because the weather was cold and windy we didn't use them which was a shame. We were lucky and managed to park on the street every day.
There was a strong musty smell when we walked in and it was much stronger on the bottom level in the kitchen area. If the weather had been nicer and we were able to have the doors open it may have helped. The kitchen cupboards had a strong musty smell although everything looked very clean. The armchairs were very comfortable and great for looking at the view but we missed having a sofa as an option, which is just a preference.

Fabulous views. Property is gorgeous.
bathroom door could do with some WD40 as v squeaky which wakes up others if need to visit during the night. Maybe a fan in each bedroom.

Excellent views over harbour….nothing else.
Parking was non existent….parking at a premium, not on road parking., double yellow lines outside property, busy road…chaos with traffic, buses trying to pass
Toilet was off kitchen, no fan, no wash hand basin,, freezer in toilet !! , theses all health and safety issues
Two staircases, very dangerous for anyone with mobility problems…..also children…..had to ascend and descend sideways as stairs very narrow…additional handrail needed o other side.
Kitchen very dark and cold, even in July…..never wanted a meal there….had to clean heavy fluff on floor etc.
Steps from lounge to patio painted in same colour as floor beyond, accident waiting to happen….lines of wires acting as balcony,wouldnt let a child out there.
Bedding needs replacing, glad we took our own pillows….pillows dreadful and beds okd and dingy, mattress broken
Steps going down to key fob, health and safety issue, no definition on edge of step, h and s. And handrail should be provided.
Chairs in lounge were old and padding was hanging out of one, sinking…..very uncomfortable.
Accommodation was cluttered with trinkets, no surfaces to put anything, not our style but maybe quirky for others.
NO CONTACT WITH OWNER….we had a phone no to contact her but she didn’t reply or answer texts….you have to go through a BT blocking which probably says a lot..it was an issue with cooker hob,….ypuneed to have the lid vertical otherwise gas does not come through…spoke to neighbour who explained problem as it had happened before….resolved if owner had responded..what if it was a serious issue!,
The accommodation did not provide a stress free holiday…HEALTH AND SAFETY a big issue….views lovely but we’re glad to get home!!,
