The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the location was excellent.
The bed and pillows were so hard but we asked for and received a mattress topper which alleviated some of the issue but the pillows were like bricks.

Very nice swimming pool, close to centre Lamai without the noise.

Amazing location, beautiful, newly refurbished pool. Staff were very polite and attentive. The bed was very comfy, nice big TV and the added kitchenette was a nice bonus. For the price, this was brilliant. Everything you need.
A minute walk from a convenience shop and the main street, but on a side street so it's quiet and peaceful at night.
Not really their fault, but in the separate kitchen area (there is a door separating it from the main room don't worry) you did get very tiny ants, however daily room cleaning by the staff mitigated this. Just do not leave any food out. Standard in this part of the world.

Location is good.Pool is nice.
Not clean. Big lizards around which was scary. Rooms seemed like extensions of the property.Nothing about it was good.

"Huge rooms with separate kitchens. Comfortable bed. Great for long term stays as well as short ones. Lovely staff and great quiet location right close to everything."
