I have booked so much accommodation through booking.com and although good, I haven’t never felt passionately enough to leave a review.
However, there is no way we can continue our travels without mentioning how amazing this place is.
The staff are nothing short of exceptional. We were able to have an early check in (no extra charge) which was amazing after such a long travel day. We queried the idea of booking a private tuktok to take us to some of the temples the following day and within 5 minutes this had been booked and organised for a time of our choice. The pool area is immaculate and if the staff notice you sat in this area they make sure you continuously have a drink to save a trip to the bar. We needed some of our clothes washing and again they took this off us instantly and by the time we returned from our day trip it was washed, Ironed and folded and left outside our door.
Before we visited, I read a lot of reviews about mosquitoes but the hotel provides their own mozzie spray which is left at reception and this worked a treat.
I really really recommend this resort if you are visiting Chiang Rai.
Nothing

Wonderful property, and we loved the restaurant and cafe.
Didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful, comfortable beds, very well cleaned rooms. Highly recommend. We also did a tour suggested from the reception booklet and it was amazing.
Nothing.

The room was comfortable enough. Decent Breakfast. Price was good.
Internet was nonexistent or way too slow. The pathways were very difficult to navigate with luggage. Too far from city Centre.
