Great location in the center of Livigno. Car parking is the a great plus. Nice balconies with an amazing view on the valley. Living area is a little bit cramped but liveable. Bedrooms are nice and spacious. Great bathroom with an excellent shower.
Bikes are not allowed inside the appartment and need to be stored downstairs, which is not the safest option. No extractor hood in kitchen, or a non functional one makes cooking a chore.

Location was close to everything
Comfortable size rooms
Only had 2 rolls or toilet paper for 4 people for 4 nights.
Sensor lights in entrance hallway stairs switches off before you can leave.
Kitchen area and stairs too dark.
I lost my parking card they wanted euro for replacement-which was un reasonable,
Replacements and damaged should be written in contracts not verbally quoted.
Beams are low in certain areas.
Previous damages should also be noted.
