Location and Staff including security staff
Need to keep sealed plastic water bottles in the room. Balcony door and bathroom window locks need to be fixed properly.

The heated pool is always a plus. The apartments are spacious and clean.
Customer service is poor. Unanswered WhatsApp messages, a reservations issue that took them a month to fix, and a HUGE rate hike that makes Clarence House unaffordable for us now. And the facilities aren’t worth the new price—Always something not quite right: shower doors that don’t close properly, water doesn’t drain well, not enough hot water, fans that don’t work, not enough pool towels in the room.
