The staff were so nice, complimentary airport drop offs and pick ups and then also taking us to where we wanted to visit which was so kind!

Free airport shuttle and city tour. The driver Mr. Boy (pronounced “boh-ya”) is so kind, friendly, and helpful!
Reception staff is also very helpful!
The family room is located in the older building where the reception is, so the room feels quite dated. The King Room+ is located in the newer building, so I would suggest booking two rooms if needed. The rooms are new and very clean.

The were able to fulfil a random special request to keep an item in a bigger freezer overnight. They found a solution and it was done correctly.
The breakfest had 5 very basic options for food and it wasn't very filling. 2 bread options, 2 cerals, a salad, and hard boiled eggs. The bed was terrible to sleep on and the room was not cold or even cool.
