Whiterock Beach Resort

Excellent water slides. The restaurant and bar were great. Food was nice, cocktails great. Amazing beach location. Included breakfast was a win!

Room was pretty basic. Steps up to the slide need renovating ASAP... would be condemned anywhere else. Pretty dusting on our visit due to large renovation work.

Awesome facilities for families, great food, incredible staff, relaxing ambience, great location.

Nothing to dislike!

View was nice, was able to get transportation around the property. Property was kept up well.

Got bitten up by bugs bad on the last night there, bites still itching and look bad the next day. Water pots and pond are full of mosquito larva. Doors do not seal to keep bugs and critters out. Not sure what bit me up, at least 20 bites that still itch bad, have used creams that should've gotten rid of it by now. Check-in process took a lot of time, Wristbands, being told no personal alcohol allowed on property. A few of the water activities were not open

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Too expensive for what you get - wi fi doesn’t work anywhere expect reception and room - we didn’t have wi fi in the room until second day after breakfast when the IT staff came to us to fix it - the hotel is having renovations all around from the rooms, hallways to the garden, pools, beach - the furniture in the room is very old - we booked family room with jacuzzi which didn’t work . - the family room has connecting door which we didn’t know and we had neighbors with a dog so in the morning we woke up due to dogs barking - the food in their beach bar is very pricey but not tasty and the service is very slow - the kids playground and 1 pool with 2 slides are closed for renovations and the reception staff said all facilities are open when I called them before booking the room - the gym has no aircon yet it got several equipments - they charge 3k as deposit that is refundable after your room is checked by the housekeeping before check out - the paint in the big pool is getting off so our feet were so dirty after using it Overall not worth it
