About this villa rental
Overview seaside villa located on the sandy coast of eastern Sicily, a small paradise of tranquility between Catania and Siracusa. Surrounded by green eucalyptus and acacia trees the house has access to a private beach which is within walking distance, excellent for those with children, but also those who do not want to take the car to reach the sea, far from the chaotic life of the classic tourist sites . It stands on two floors, plus the ground floor, and has a total area of 150 square meters. In front of the house, a large terrace equipped with a dining table with barbecue umbrella, sofa, solarium with deck chairs On the ground floor there is a large living room with dining room, TV corner, fireplace, kitchen and a bathroom. On the first floor the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed , 2nd with a 2 beds single, the 3rd with 1 single bed. On this floor there are 2 bathrooms with showers. On the top floor there are: 2 rooms with a 2 double bed, and 1 bathrooms with a shower. It is possible to use the bikes and a 2-seater canoe. For those who want to try their hand at fishing it is ideal for surf casting, but small shellfish are also harvested. It is possible to take kitesurfing lessons. The villa shares the park with another villa.

Our stay at Paola’s villa was one of the highlights of our 3 week vacation. Paola and her daughter met us at the property and made us feel right at home. The property was magnificent with a beautiful yard and private access to the beach. She left us with a delicious selection of snacks, food and drink and the best homemade orange marmalade I’ve ever had! Day trips to several local towns were convenient and we sincerely hope to visit again!

First of all Paola was so inviting upon our arrival with fresh fruits, Gelato drinks. The home sits on a manicured property pristine landscape with beautiful patio furniture and plenty of seating for a large family. The home is fully renovated plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bedding newly renovated bathrooms and plenty of room in the dining and living space. The AC was amazing for us Americans . The home itself sits on a property which is beach front your own oasis with a private setting no crowds at all only home owners which makes this property amazing. The home also has private parking for your car. Paola also includes beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and more. Did i mention the views from the bedrooms watching the sunrise was beautiful. Thank you very much we will see you soon again.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus, Garten und am Strand sehr genossen. Die Fotos und die Beschreibungen treffen genau zu.
Wir sind am Anreisetag sehr spät angekommen, dennoch hat uns die Besitzerfamilie herzlich in Empfang genommen und der Kühlschrank war bereits gut gefüllt. So konnten wir entspannt in die Ferien starten.
Die Besitzer sind sehr hilfsbereit und fragen auch während dem Aufenthalt nach, ob alles wie gewünscht funktioniert.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber ,sehr schön und gepflegt. Ist sehr zum empfehlen auch für Familien oder romantisch für Pärchen. Die Lage ist ruhig, der Strand sauber. In der Nähe gibt Catania oder Siracusa. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.
