The hotel was big with many rooms and the room itself is big. The breakfast has international breakfast with a mixture of local delicacies with some of the dishes being different on a daliy basis. Overall i would recommend to include breakfast for the room stay if arent someone that is particular planning to try any cafes for breakfast. Further more, there are shopping centers nearby, walking distance of 3 - 5 minutes with Ikea further down the road. Restaurant could be found near the hotel which is at the mentioned shopping mall and also a roll of pubs and bistros are located at that shopping center areas as well with a small grocery supermarket at the IPG mall B1.
I have booked a king and double single. unpon checked in i was told there was no king room, only left with two double single room. Which i felt what i have booked was not provided and given a smaller room.
I requested for room extension on my last day and was told it will cost 100 ringgit for 4 hours. (12pm - 4pm). But upon checked out, i checked out at 3pm and hour earlier, but i was told the total charges was $150 for 3 hours. There seem to be some inconsistancy on what i was told and what i have expected.
