Location right in the jungle felt really special. Everyone is so helpful and friendly !

Atmosphere, ambience . Staff arranged a river trip which was fantastic
Arriving in the dark is a bit disconcerting. A bit more communication from the staff could have eased this. Just a few words about what to expect re check-in process /timings would have been good

Waking up in the jungle was gorgeous. The people running the place were lovely and it was close to the orangutan sanctuary
Bed was very hard, pillows and quilt were mouldy (the sheets and pillowcases clean) our room had air con but there are lots of gaps in the walls and floor so it never really cooled down, our first night there were a lot of wasps in the room
