Great facilities allowed me to eat comfortably in the property rather than having to find somewhere to eat. Nice area to relax and a good sized walk in shower.
The dividing walls are thin. The noise from the adjoining property was unfortunate.

Good size cottage style apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, lounge/diner. Better value than a small hotel room.
Only very minor but TV remote not functioning and electric shower godly to operate.

Ease of access, parking included and very roomy accommodation. Perfect base to explore Lincoln.

No issues finding the property. About a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of town. Room were a good size with an upstairs toilet and downstairs shower room and toilet. Secure parking space within the property courtyard. Bedrooms were clean, comfy beds.
Property is a little dated and could use a bit of a face lift. Kitchen units have loose handles. Some unit fronts were also loose. Some of the radiator controls were loose. Shower head was not at all clean! Nothing major, easily fixable!
