The fourth shower room on the ground floor with shower, basin w/c. Utility room with washing machine, dryer and extra dishwasher. 2 travel cots, with extra mattresses, plus 2 highchairs. Please bring your own bedding if you wish to use the cots. Outside warm water shower to rinse sand from the beach. Solar panels that generate electricity and heat water. Parking for 3/4 cars. Chy Lowen is a non smoking property, although smoking permitted outside. 1 pet accepted, but please do not leave alone in the property, and not allowed on beds and sofas. Please note the maximum number of adults is 10. However, 10 adults plus 2 babies in cots, are permitted. We do not accept single sex groups, but welcome families and couples. Linen, towels (not for beach use), and tea-towels provided, plus a welcome pack. Chy Lowen generally lets on a Friday to Friday basis during peak holiday weeks, but accepts short breaks. No college leavers or similar who wish to use the property as a party venue. Chy Lowen is in a residential area, and our neighbours will not tolerate late night noise, and partying. We also request that the hot tub is not used after 10pm for this reason.
