Perfect location in the footsteps of Meteora mountains, rich breakfast, cute little entry doors, helpful staff. Don’t miss a family owned icon studio and a walk to nearby forest.

Perfect location for visiting the monasteries. The host communicated very well prior to arrival and once we arrived, she explained what monasteries we should see that day before sunset.
A wonderful building with comfortable rooms. The breakfast is plentiful and served with smiles.

In a great location near the monasteries. Kastraki is small; it was easy to walk to restaurants. Very clean. Breakfast staff was friendly and served delicious food (yogurt, pastries, fruit, bread, cheese and meat).
We sent a message through booking.com asking the width of the bed in the "Double Room with Spa Bath". The guest house replied "150 cm" (queen size). On arrival, we discovered the bed was only 135 cm wide (double size) and asked to be transferred to a room with the size of the bed they had confirmed to us in their message. We were disappointed they could not accomodate a change. Given that I am 6’ 3”, it made for a uncomfortable 4-night stay. If we had known the size of the bed, we would not have stayed at this guest house.
