Dorm and beds were clean, WiFi worked well, shower was good, staff were responsive, under bed storage.
No curtains around the beds or charging points close to the beds (had to leave my phone out to charge it).

My third stay here and won't be my last. Staff were excellent as usual, quick check-in process, and whenever I needed anything they were really helpful and friendly, genuinely cannot fault them. Room was clean and comfortable, and I felt safe within the hostel and also in the surrounding area as a woman travelling solo.
Bathroom was really good, especially the shower which was really comfortable with good water temps and pressure. Towel hire was £1 which I thought was reasonable. Price overall is extremely reasonable for what you get which is what brings me back. I visited for Comic Con at the Exhibition Centre, this is within walking distance or just five minutes by Uber. Really close to the train station and other popular amenities in Liverpool. A good stay, would recommend!
Temperature in the room was maybe slightly too hot.

That needs a deep clean. Unfortunately my roommates were kind of crazy and weirdos.
