Modern, clean, just stunning
Our room was almost right at the bottom so lots of stairs but…location location!!

The views were magnificent. Our room opened onto a share balcony with tables and chairs for each room along with a shared spa and 2 sunbeds, and a couple of couches. Breakfast was very convenient, servicing only a small amount of rooms. The pool and restaurant were just a small walk over to their other location. Maybe a 1 or 2 minute walk. They helped with our bags to and from our transport. The staff were lovely and vey helpful. I would 100% stay here again.
I would be being very picky to find something I didn’t like about this property.

This hotel turned out to be a very good choice. Our point person was Athena who visited us on a regular basis. Fortunately they had big strong young men waiting when we arrived off the taxi to carry our luggage down the steps to our room. This was a huge Plus. We had seven rooms and 14 people staying together at Sunrocks. The breakfast was amazing. Sunrocks provided a room for us to eat while it was raining in Santorini. This is a big plus over most other hotels that had to deliver breakfast to be eaten in the room. Athena answered many questions from our group with good responses that we followed through on. We left diabetic medication needles for a person in our group in the room. She was able to find them and offer a method to get them shipped to the next Island. I would recommend this hotel in firoStefani which is a short distance to fira and also to imerovigli.
I had no problems with the steps, but if you're limited with mobility steps could slow you down. This is standard when you stay on the caldera in Santorini

The breakfast was nice but low on choices and generally cold if you had it in your room. The staff were nice and helpful helpful in the end
Many things wrong with the 2 rooms on day one, such as a/c, toilet and room safe not working. The toilet was still unfixed 6 hrs after official check-in time and the staff advised there were no other rooms available. We looked on-line and found this wasn't true and were finally given an upgraded room (Magically available at 8pm at night).There was about a hundred steep steps down to our rooms; I feel they're so significant they should mention it in the description of the property
