The hotel is a 18th century palace. It is well kept. Free parking across the street. The room was nice with a large terrace. Quiet and pleasant stay. We took a bus (H2) to visit the old center of Oviedo that is 2 blocks from the hotel. Iglesias stop and then 13 stops to Urias Sur. Distance is about 30 minutes each way and it costs 1.20 euro per person.
