Great Location short walk down to the sea.
Great Pool and lots of seating options
Large Air Conditioned Rooms, lovely views, Ask for Pool view
Friendly Team
Food was terrible mainly too cold, buffet style. Lots of options but terrible quality. We have been before but definitely gone downhill, I would suggest B&B rather than Half Board
Allergies are not understood.
Entertainment was good for kids but not for Adults however lots of entertainment nearby

Good location, very large hotel, the buffet served more than enough options by far, I am not one who likes a bland buffet and even I found lots of good, high protein, well seasoned meals, one night they had a delicious paella. Nice roof top pool area, was happy with the room as well.
I don’t have any complaints, noise in the room was quite loud due to thin walls but what can you do it’s life

Really great location, very nice pool areas and rooftop pool and the new kids pool area is a great addition
The reception staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. They were quite rude and were misleading with their information given.
Daily cleaning of rooms could also be improved.
