Location good near the water taxi station and walking distance to centre also.
The water temperature on both days of our stay in the shower was tepid at best. This is a very basic requirement to not meet very disappointing.

Great location near the the Accademia bridge & Vaporetta either way out the front door.
Small room, hard bed and the shower was barely warm.
