Location was amazing - on a canal and 5 minutes to St Mark’s square but in a quiet alley so peaceful a
retreat. Very good breakfast

Liked welcoming staff. Convinient location, good atmosphere at hotel lobby, dining area.
Rooms maybe need some renovation, but I was aware that they rather old.

- The bed was too hard even for someone like me who prefers firm mattresses.
- The bathtub was too high for an elderly person.
- Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is fantastic
The air con in the room wasn’t effective and the decor was tired.
