Reception staff numbers are not enough

Resort was lovely, we were well looked after, staff were super helpful and always went above.

Only things we didn’t like were the reps constantly walking around and approaching to sell services, tours etc. I also struggled with the main restaurant lacking signs and allergy indicators as most things were missing or incorrectly labeled

Every thing was amazing from the staff to the food. They tell you “welcome home” when you get to the resort and it really felt like home. They check in on you literally every minute. The food was great with a lot of options to pick from. Everyone was really nice and warm & they made my birthday feel special with a cake at check in & another at the restaurant . I really had no complaints at all. I Would definitely recommend them to everyone & come back when ever i get the chance

No complaints everything was great

I think it’s best to start by explaining the structure of this resort. The beach resort is the upmarket version of the other resort. The beach resort itself is divided into ordinary guests and “posh club” guests, with some amenities only available to the latter. There are four à la carte restaurants included for ordinary guests, plus the buffet. There are three or four others which are not included. The decor of the resort is very nice, and the pools are excellent. All are heated. There is a very good little shaded pool with warmer water in it for little ones. Our room was really nice and had a sea view. The kids club was a really great feature. Also, the gym and padel court are brilliant. However, my biggest complaint about this resort is that there are incredibly loud activities around the main pool for a large part of the day. As someone with a baby who needs lunchtime naps, this was not ideal. There is blaring music and it is far far too loud. When sat on the beach at the other end of the resort, we had to speak up to hear each other over the music. I complained about this twice but they didn’t do anything, despite saying that they would, which really annoyed me. The food is generally quite good, if you choose well. There is a decent buffet and the à la carte restaurants are quite well done. The drinks are hit and miss. There is beer available in cans (not draught) but sometimes it is quite warm. The cocktails and spirits are mostly terrible (in particular, the gin is totally undrinkable). The drinks absolutely are not of a 5* hotel quality. The staff at the beach were really nice and generally the staff in the whole resort were good, although some were quite grumpy. There was a feeling at some bars that you would only get good service if you had left a tip, though. That said, Ahmed and Adel at Oriola bar were incredible staff, and Adel the towel man was simply wonderful.
