Location, setting/gardens, breakfast excellent, service excellent
Iron (had to pay to use one), and would be great to add disposable toothbrush in the bathroom

It’s the best hotel in Kakamega. The food was decent. The staff were really nice and the hotel felt safe.
They are quite stingy with the water bottles they give you. They gave us one small water bottle to share each day. The electricity was cut off all night and morning. It would be good if they had an elevator.

"Excellent customer service. My room was ready by 11. Had important meetings that I was able to attend online with no connection issues."
