The grounds were beautifully maintained.
The air conditioner in the master suite was not operating properly. The television had some kind of security lock on it so that was not really usable. But overall, it was a very nice and comfortable unit. I loved the views from the balcony of the pool area. I would be happy to book it again.

ห้องพักกว้าง มี2 ห้องนอน 2ห้องน้ำ ดีมากเลย ตอนแรกน้ำฝักบัวไม่ค่อยแรง พอแจ้งเจ้าของห้อง ก็รีบให้ช่างทางที่พักเข้ามาซ่อมให้

Airco ok. Very clean. Spacious. Nice swimming pools. Nice garden. Beds and sofa's ok. A lot of storage room for your things, 2 showers, 2 toilets. The bed in the second bedroom is however only for 1 person. There was a second key for the apartment, a plus that is not often available.
This is NOT a "beach"front condo as stated (the description on booking.com is false). There is the sea at 100 m but it is just the water against a large stone wall, no beach at all. If you want to walk/sit on the beach you need to walk 800 m to the north through an alley next to the condo or take the car to Cha Am beach (the best option) or Hua Hin beach.
Kitchen has a toaster, kettle, large fridge and a microwave, but not one single drinking glass, only 1 large coffee cup, only 2 table knifes, only 2 coffee spoons, no kitchen towels, no salt/pepper/oil for your cooking, not a couple of complimentary coffee bags, no tissue box,. This all makes it very uncomfortable; you need to drive a couple of times to Lotus or 7/11 before you are settled. So bad, it only requires a small investment to make the stay for your customers easier. Other rooms most of the time do a better job in this.
The swimming pools are nice but have a very limited number of seats (30 seats for over 100 apartments...we were there in the rainy season so it was not a problem since there were few customers).
Several Rain condo's are empty or for sale which could be an indication that this is not the ideal place, almost all other condo buildings to the north do have beach access. Since however these other condo's have declared their beach "private", you can't just drive thru to get to the sand beach, your best option is drive all the way to Cha Am (beach).
