King room was quite spacious with a lot of room and comfortable bed
I waited over 5 minutes for the front desk agent to check me into hotel.

The beds were comfortable; the staff was friendly and helpful.
The fan in the bathroom was insanely loud. The hotel breakfast was fine, but not as good as most. Some updates to the rooms and a more attentive eye on the maintenance details would help.
