Location - 30 minutes walk to the center, functionality, cleanliness, kitchen, space, covered terrace, enough space, safe parking and very friendly hosts.
Wifi was sporadically a little iffy.

Gaetano and his wife were super kind and helpful. We got a lot of recommendations from them. The room was perfect, clean, super nice view.
Everything was perfect

good location
The bad news is that two air conditioners were not working and there was no hot water.
