The location was great, and communication with staff was wonderful! It was clean and very nice having a powerful ceiling fan in the room.
One small issue was having to lock the door from the inside with the key. I am also a pretty short person, so I was only able to see my forehead and top of my head in the bathroom mirror. I would suggest putting in an extendable mirror that could make it more accessible to use a mirror in the bathroom!

Comfortable bed and location.
If we wanted our room cleaned we had to pay extra, which is unsatisfactory, and bins were not emptied on a daily basis. Limited tea and coffee provided and shower gel was virtually empty on arrival. Room was very small for 2 people.
