Location is excellent- right on the lake. Breakfast is very good quality.
It's rather unusual in that it doesn't really have any "hotel space" it feels a little more like a restaurant with rooms above. Rooms were fine with large comfortable bed.

Location was amazing and the staff were super helpful
The room was small for 4 of us. Still comfortable but 2 roll out beds to make up a room of 4.

There was no mention in the booking that the free parking was a 1/2 mile walk away due to the market the next day. So carrying luggage to and from your car wasn’t pleasant. The hotel is older and needed quite a lot of cosmetic work. The air conditioning was very weak. We had a street side room, which was extremely noisy. The lakeside promenade was lovely and the meal was good.
