Good location with walking distance to restaurants, izakayas and shopping street.
Spacious shower booth and good size main room.
Good price.
Breakfast had good variety and had allergens marked.
Parking instructions were not clear. In the end, it turned out that parking was at extra cost and wasn't cheap. It cost almost the same to use the parking lot right next to the Annex building, and it was more convenient because we could see the car from our room. Please note that there are multiple on-street parking lots with different pricing - if you put パラカ那覇市泉崎第1 in Google maps, it's the cheapest one we found.
There were sudden loud sounds during the night, it sounded like cracking (?) and I wasn't able to locate the source of it. It was particularly disturbing when trying to fall asleep, because it was constantly waking us up.

Nicely located between two monorail stations and close proximity to Kokusai Dori.
There was some missed information on the parking policy on the timing when we need to remove the car from the parking lot. The staff did tried to mitigate but was not able to waive the penalty for “overstay”

The amenities are well equipped and the check-in process was quick and easy. Room wise was comfortable for the stay. The staff allowed us to keep our excess luggages while we travelled out Naha for 3 days
The parking lot entrance and procedure was a little confusing. Also need to be aware that there is 2 buildings Main and Annex.

The hotel provided self-service amenities, which were convenient and easily accessible. There was also a convenience store located on the ground floor of a nearby building, making it easy to purchase daily necessities. In addition, the hotel was situated close to several tourist attraction streets, allowing guests to explore the area conveniently on foot.
The car park charging policy was not clearly communicated. If a vehicle was parked overnight and not retrieved before 2:00 PM, an additional 200 yen charge was applied. I was charged for an extra hour during my stay.
When I raised the issue with the front desk, the staff were unable to provide any evidence or records to support the additional charge. Furthermore, I was not informed of this parking policy during check-in or when handing over the vehicle. Greater transparency regarding parking charges and policies would help avoid misunderstandings and improve the guest experience.

"Excellent service from front desk when checking in and responding to my questions; staff are fluent in English. Annex rooms are large and have sufficient space for 2 adults with 2 medium sized luggage..."
