Really nice breakfasts with a range of options. Very friendly and helpful staff / hosts. Finding somewhere so close to the centre of York with parking also a bonus, but it's very close to the station too.

Nice and clean, comfortable with everything we needed.
Breakfast was fab, the staff/owners were lovely and friendly! The location was good, a bit of a walk to the centre - about 20 mins to The Shambles but handy to be able to park at the house!

The breakfast was nice and the host was a lovely lady and very helpful when we arrived.
The location was great with a short walk to the centre.
Our room was up in the roof and the beams were very low so you spent alot of time bending down.
The room definitely needs some care and attention with a worn shower tray floor and paint peeling off behind the tv and a worn carpet.
The room definitely could do with a redecoration.
