Great location, full kitchen, pool is warm and hot tub hot, staff is friendly, activities are a plus and we enjoyed participating in those. There's a park next door and they have a lifeguard, so that's nice to have at the beach especially with riptides, free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby 24 hours was very nice to have. Great place. We'll definitely consider staying here again.
Pool is 4 feet at the shallow end, so if you have small children they won't be able to touch. Our daughter was fine, just had to get her a life jacket. That's really the only negative and it wasn't that big of a deal.

Great location! AC is perfect and I lived the activities
No umbrellas for most of the stay, bed not that comfortable.

The location is phenomenal. The room was nice and clean and we had plenty of pillows (which is big for us). There was a full kitchen and full-sized fridge, which was nice. The towels were plentiful and soft.
The a/c unit was SO NOISY it was hard to sleep.
There is NO LATE CHECKOUT.
We went to Rockville and had to leave early, wasting A LOT of money, simply because the concert was delayed due to rain and we couldn't stay until the end, as we wouldn't have gotten back to the hotel before 4 am.
There was a block-long power outage that lasted about 20 hours, which I know the hotel couldn't control, BUT there was zero accommodation given to guests in the form of money back or even a later checkout, which would have been preferable. We asked and were told, "No, we're going to start knocking on doors at 9 am." But that also didn't happen; no one knocked on our door until 9:52am. Checkout was 10 am. They even locked the gate to the beach due to the power outage, so we had to walk all the way around the building to get to the beach and no one could use the pool!
The murphy bed was TERRIBLE. It was so small! It was also super bouncy, so every time my partner turned over in his sleep, I was woken up. We didn't dare try the pullout couch, assuming it would be even worse.
They DO NOT supply coffee, except for a single cup. But there is a 12-cup coffee maker. If you want more, you must buy your own at the grocery store or a coffee shop.
They DO NOT supply soap except for some little soap bars. They should call this place Bring Your Own Stuff, not a Resort Club. You also must take your own towels to the beach, so heaven help you if you didn't come to vacation with your own towels!
