Very nice cozy rooms close to Santa Maria Maggiore. The building was not at the exact address shown in the listing or even Google maps but in the general area (one or two blocks over). The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was just like in the pictures.
Couldn't lock the ensuite bathroom, which may not be a problem for a couple but something to keep in mind.

Clean & Tidy. Good decor. Helpful staff.
Was under the impression it was a conventional hotel. But, staff were in another building.
First night was placed in room with an external, albeit, private bathroom / toilet. Not what I had booked. Staff were very understanding and moved us into another room with internal facilities the next day.

Location was ok , the zone it’s not too safe at night but you still comfy.
The staff was very rude, and difficult to communicate, they only paid attention to city tax fee. And they are very inaccessible with the way we would like to pay. And after starting to think we would not want to pay.
