Great location in old Narita town.
Needs some modernization. Things are looking old but very comfortable

For 20 years I have been coming here and always liked how convenient it is to stay here before staring the actual Japan trip. I recommend it to anyone as the first place to stay before the real full Japan trip begins.
It's as basic as it comes and very small, but functional. Don't expect much and not much has changed in 20 years, but in a way that is just perfect as well.

Lovely staff who were very helpful and good English speaking. We wanted a cheap & cheerful hotel close to Narita Airport on our last night in Japan. In that respect the location was handy, only a 10 minute train ride to the airport. Close by the hotel were several restaurants and konbini (7-eleven, Family Mart, etc)
The hotel room was very dated. It looked clean enough but the state of the bathrooms and bed made it look dirtier than ideal. The bed mattress and pillows were probably the most uncomfortable bed I have slept on in a while.
