Perfect location in a very nice area, a street with hardly any traffic, restaurants and a lot of touristic things on walking distance, and a (very funny) metro-stop around the corner to go either to the main parc, or into the centre (1 way fare 0.28 euro!). Apartment was big, insane high ceiling, clean and in the kitchen everything you wanted. A double bed for the parents and a smaller bedroom with 2 separate beds for our boys. We didn't see anyone for the key, but via Whatsapp she was very helpfull.
IF we want to nag and mention one thing: according to our children was the wifi slow..... ;)

The location is perfect
The water from shower is not strong enough.

Nice location, central . Spacious room and huge bathroom which is unusual for any hotels or apartment.
A washing machine inside the huge apartment could have been handy. But not a huge deal

Spacious & central location
Grill security door lock was broken so we did not feel entirely safe - there is a note within the instructions not to answer the door to anyone and keep both doors locked..
