Unique location, very picturesque. Lovely spa. Also gave us entrance to the gorge

Perfect Location in the mountains of Germany, beautiful scenery, the atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the room we had was big, luxurious and very comfortable.
The breakfast is very good and has great variety of food options (including dishes that you can order from the waiters).
The cable car to and from the hotel is a way to relax and enjoy the surroundings and takes about 4-5 minutes per direction, the parking is free and reserved for the hotel guests and is located next to the cable car to the hotel.
Be patient with yourself and the staff during dinner, the waiting time between the dishes is quite long, as far as I could understand - it is on purpose, but for us it was a bit too long,
In addition, as good as the food is at dinner, some evenings are better than others and you might find yourself feeling that you would rather have a different menu or at least a more traditional one,
That being said, the food is good, and the staff is super friendly giving a high standard of service.

The kitchen, the staff, the location, the spa...everything is exceptional. It costs more and for good reason. We will continue to return here. Nothing but great things to say about it.
There wasn't anything to dislike, at all.
