Modern, albeit small, room. Pleasant check-in. Great breakfast. Central location. Free parking.
The rooms are a bit small. Very tiny shower. No control over heat (very warm - need to open windows).

Big bed, great shower, parking lot in a grass area near the hotel
The window blinds were broken and were not repaired during our stay (we couldn’t change room), it was very hot inside the hotel.
The breakfast is ordinary
