Great location. Easy to get on and off 10
The check in was horrible. I arrived at 8:50 and I stepped to the desk at 8:57. The girl checking in was totally inexperienced. I finally sat down to give her time to figure it out because I cannot stand that long. I was given a key at 9:30. This girl was polite but not trained to be left alone. She was trying but was clueless as to what to do. There were 3 others behind me waiting. If this try room had not been pre-paid, I would have left.
I requested a king but was given a queen.
