The property was very clean and hospitable. The staff are very friendly and nice. We really appreciated the complimentary breakfast and dinner with the complimentary cocktail. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends.
As with all hotels, I am not a fan of carpet, and maybe in the future this will be something that most hotels will implement with removing.

Easy access to download Pittsburgh and decent area.
We left our room around 10am getting ready for the Steelers game. Our room was never serviced and we dis not opt out. Unacceptable when you are planning a long day and have to get ready.
