The location
That the staff attendant called during my event and left a message that if I didn’t pay in 1/2 hr my room would be canceled. My event did not end until 5:30. I use a different card to reserve and pay for my room with my business card. Very disappointed that she made me step away from my event to give the new card information over the phone. Very unprofessional!

The hotel was located near restaurants and shopping areas which was convenient. The Planet Gym was merely 10 minutes away as well.
I wished the included breakfast also included hot food like scrambled eggs and other such stables.

White lights are too bright, property is a little decayed.
