Its location and surroundings
The general condition of the place, it needs refurbishment and cleaning. There are spiderwebs on windows. The bathroom is so uncomfortable with a door that makes it impossible to move id opened. Having the bed on a wooden platform as a sort of attic is really uncomfortable especially if you need to get down to the toilet. Walls are too thin. You hear everything through them. You hear the kitchen spar until 11 pm.
