The staff provided great service. There was plenty of parking. The hotel was clean and in good repair. The artwork was great to look at. The location was convenient.
They gave the room we booked to someone else. The first room they offered us was not great. The second room was a nice room but it was enormous and lacked the cozy charm we were hoping for that weekend. The restaurant was closed on site. There was no option to use the streaming services on the TV and the staff said it was because it would take too much bandwith which seems a little lame for 2026. You are reduced to watching cable TV which is painful.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The Retro theme was cool
The room was not very inviting. We stayed in La Rouge and found the decor sparse and not particularly homey

"Great location. Great breakfast for on the go. Fun art and clean bright rooms. Stayed in the Palm room and the decor was soothing. Exceeded my expectations which is unusual. Pillows were not fluffy ..."
